TriConnex is a fast growing independent multi-utility connections provider to blue-chip residential developers. Already responsible for utilities for the largest development of its kind in the UK and working for 9 of the top 10 house builders and continual growth we have an opportunity for a Water Manager to join our team at Braintree. This is a pivotal role bringing construction assurance on a portfolio of Water projects, overseeing the technical assurance of new water mains, services and connecting through utilising strong management skills in accordance with the companies Health, Safety, and Quality standards and to water authority standards. With a passion for exceptional customer service and developing teams and individuals, this is a pivotal role within the management team.

Role
• Responsible for the delivery of successful installation of new water infrastructure across all projects.
• Overseeing the safety of all works ensuring they are carried out in accordance with TriConnex Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
• Implement and consistently work in accordance with TriConnex WIRS registration operational procedures.
• Implement and oversee policies, processes, procedures and risk management for the water department.
• Conduct technical audits on each team and in accordance with technical audit procedure.
• Implement, manage and monitor all WIRS accreditation and associated documentation.
• To ensure Safety Technical Competency evaluation of the Team Leader and Operatives are undertaken in conjunction with Health and safety team.
• Manage Routine Operations in accordance with WIRS registration procedures and oversee the process of the administration of all documentation.
• Alignment to internal processes, procedures and share best practice.
• Leading, developing and motivating teams to achieve agreed targets.
• Recruitment planning and forecasting.
• Setting, reviewing and working to budgets
• Work closely with the client to ensure customer satisfaction.

Candidate
• Strong proven background within the Developer Services sector.
• Previous experience within a management or supervisory position.
• Strong knowledge and experience within Health and Safety, compiling programs, method statements and the maintenance of accurate appropriate
records within Water Installations.
• Understanding of WIRS (Lloyds).
• Proactive, organised and hands on approach with the ability to work well as a team and on own initiative.
• Experience of leading and developing team members.
• Knowledge and awareness of continuous improvement within existing and new processes.
• EUSR Utility SHEA passport (water).
• Registered on the National Hygiene Scheme.
• SMSTS or SSSTS and relevant CSCS card.
• Full Clean driver's license and a flexible working approach.
• EUSR water hygiene and, EUSR SHEA water card Essential.
• Full Clean driver's license and a flexible working approach.
