Triconnex is a fast growing independent multi - utility connections provider to Blue-chip Residential developers. Due to our continued growth we are seeking to add support to our Director of Technical within the Technical team. Providing an accurate, timely and consistent level of service to both internal and external stakeholders across the whole range of business services including gas, electricity and water utility infrastructure projects.
· Maintaining professional client facing approach and excellent customer service to both new and existing clients
·To carry out all administration activities for the technical team to ensure smooth timely running of processes
·Assist project team with accurate and timely bid preparation and submission, design submission and raising of purchase orders
·To assist in the administration of project documentation and record keeping
·Identifying and resolving queries with the relevant parties
·Developing and maintaining compelling relationships with all stakeholders
·Maintain online database and electronic files
·Analyse and identify process improvements actively contributing
·Provide performance data to support preparation of weekly and monthly reports
What we're looking for:
·Strong, proven background within a similar administrative support position
·Experience within the utilities/construction sector is beneficial but not essential
·Knowledge and experience of administration processes
·Positive attitude towards customer service and understanding of its impact on business performance
·Strong co-ordination and administrational skills
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain compelling relationships
·Proactive and motivated approach
·Empathy and Integrity
·Ability to investigate, resolve and/or escalate client issues/requirements
·Strong IT skills including MS Suite
·NVQ Business Administration Level 2 or equivalent would be an advantage
·A-C level grade GCSE in Maths and English
