TriConnex is a rapidly expanding independent multi-utility connections provider to blue-chip residential developers. Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a Planning Administrator to provide administrational support to the Operations team.
·Ensure the smooth running of processes
·Providing full administrational support to the planning team
·Keep accurate records within the planning department
·Assist with the day-to-day duties within the planning department
·Preparation of documents, maintaining and updating databases
·Preparation of documentation for team meetings
What we're looking for;
·Strong, proven background within a similar position and knowledge of administrational processes
·Experience within the utilities or construction sector would be beneficial but not essential
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·Proactive and motivated approach
·Strong IT skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point
·A-C level grade GCSE in Maths and English
