Asset Administrator - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

About us;

TriConnex is a fast growing independent multi-utility connections provider to blue-chip residential developers. Due to continued growth within the business, we are currently looking for an Asset Administrator to join our Operations team on a 12 month fixed term contract providing administrational support to the Asset team.

The position;

·Assisting with day to day duties within the Asset department, ensuring a smooth running of processes
·Collate and coordinate all paperwork to enable submissions for timely payment of electric, gas and water asset
·Processing of purchase invoicing
·File, record and maintain accurate information in relation to claim submissions and payment
·Liaise with internal departments to resolve queries quickly

About you;

·Knowledge of administrational processes and coordination
·Strong proven background within a similar administrative position
·Experience within the utilities or construction sector would be beneficial but not essential
·Strong coordination skills and high attention to detail
·A-C grade GCSE in English and Maths
